Wiltshire999s is an independent news website. Yesterday Mon 29 July 2024 it reported on a suspected Bath chemical attack which took place at 2.30pm in Stall Street, Bath, Somerset, UK.
Wiltshire999s says that a woman approached some people and they fell ill with itching eyes. A major incident was declared and at least 2 people were stripped and given an emergency shower , Emergency service personal were seen in biohazard type suits .
Somerset Live reports that 14 ambulances attended the bath incident. Emergency personell wore hazmat suits and victims were stripped and hosed down , then given a onesy to walk away in .
Sergie Skripal chemical poisoning : On 4march 2020, a BBC report said that Skripal was a former Colonel in the Russian military . He had passed secrets to British intelligence MI6. In 2018 Skripal and his daughter 33yrs were found ill on a park bench in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Turns out they were poisoned with Novochock which is a military grade nerve agent. The response team for that incident came from nearby Porton Down (chemical warfare centre) - about 7miles away. The Novochock nerve agent is so toxic that a small amount wiped or sprayed on a door handle could well be fatal if touched .
Porton Down. is a UK Government Chemical nuclear biological warfare research centre. It is mostly secret work which includes test on animals and also human volunteers (usually from HM forces). Testing is aimed at producing defense and counter measures to enemy attacks.
Bath University has a research centre which examines the emerging biochemical security threats especially following the use of chemical agents in the Syria conflict. Nothing at all to say that it is any way connected to the latest incident in Bath. But this blogger likes to note where the dots are in case they might join up to form a picture.

The Novichok attack in Salisbury UK 4th March 2018
On 4 March 2018 Segei and Yulia Skripal were poisoned in Salisbury UK with a military grade nerve agent developed by Russia.
On 17th April 2018, an assessment by UK Gov and G7 foreign ministers determined that it is "highly likely" that the Russian Federation was responsible for the attack. Most Western aligned countries are more than cheesed off when a foreign power carries out executions like this on it's soil.
Investigations included charges brought by UK counter terrorist police against Sergey Fedotov alias Denis Sergeev . The poisoning seems to have been because Sergei Skripal was considered to be a traitor by Russia.
