Here you can see the state of the tide at East Suffolk Council Harbour at Southwold. Right now it is ebbing (falling).
According to the BBC tide service, low tide will be at 1203hrs. You can see that tidal peaks and troughs are roughly 6hrs apart and High Tide is shown as 1851hrs
Compared to other high tides, this next one of 2.2 metres isn't very high at all.
